糖尿病是由多种病因引起的代谢紊乱性疾病,严重威胁着人类的健康,其发生可能与某些特定的遗传易感基因相关。瘦素是一种由脂肪组织分泌的激素,被认为与代谢性疾病的发生有着非常密切的关系,瘦素受体基因是糖尿病易感基因。本文针对瘦素及瘦素受体的结构、瘦素及瘦素受体与胰岛素分泌的关系及其与糖尿病关系的研究进展做一综述,为糖尿病的病因研究提供线索。
英文摘要：
Objective Diabetes is a serious threat to human health which is caused by a variety of causes and may be associated with some certain genetic susceptibility genes. Leptin is a hormone secreted by adipose tis- sue, which is considered to have a very close relationship with metabolic diseases and the polymorphism of leptin receptor gene is associated with diabetes . This overview summarized the structure of leptin / leptin receptor, the relationship between leptin/leptin receptor and insulin secretion as well as the relationship between leptin / leptin receptor with diabetes, in order to find out some clues for the research of Diabetes.
