随着组织内外部环境的变化,技术创新网络结构不断演化。为防止网络早衰和瓦解等现象出现,需要对网络进行有效治理。基于演化视角分析技术创新网络演化不同阶段的主要矛盾与演化拐点,提出矛盾驱动下网络结构优化策略,并指出风险点应采取进入主导的进退机制,控制点应采取适度进入的进退机制,再生点应采取进退联动的进退机制。通过仿真发现,引入进退机制可以增加网络合作伙伴数量,扩大网络规模,提升网络稳定性和创新绩效,但网络信息传输率将会下降。
With the change of organization's internal and external environment,and the evolution of technological innovation network structure,we need to governance the network effectively in order to prevent the occurrence of premature aging,disintegration.This paper analyzed the main contradictions and the possible evolutionary inflection under different stages of the technological innovation network's evolution,put forward the optimization strategy of network structure under the contradiction,and pointed out the technological innovation network should take the enter-based mechanism in the risk point,take moderate entry and exit mechanism in the control point,and take the mechanism of entry and exit linkage in the regeneration point.Through the method of Netlogo we found that introduce the node selection mechanism can improve the network number of partners,realize the expansion of network scale,improve the network stability and innovation performance,but the efficiency of network information transmission will be decreased.
