由于政策和资源禀赋等原因,我国地区间发展水平不一致,在产业结构、能源结构、能源效率等方面存在差异,给低碳经济转型造成一定的挑战。利用LMDI分解法分析各地区碳排放变化的贡献因素,结果表明各地区碳排放的增量和变化的驱动因素都是不同的。各地区应结合自己的实际情况,选择合适的碳减排路径,并做好地区间的协调和配合工作。
英文摘要：
Abstract： For the policy and resource endowments and other reasons,the levels of development of the region are inconsistent, especially in the industrial structure,energy structure,energy efficiency,etc.,which pose challenges on the transition to a low- carbon economy. In order to analyze the impact of regional development imbalances on carbon emissions,the paper uses LMDIdecomposition method to analyze the contribution of various factorsto carbon emission increases,and the results show that the carbon emissions incremental and the main causes change in different regions . Based on further analysis on carbon emissions reduction paths,we point out that every region should choose the suitable path to carbon emissions reduction according to its actual situation,besides coordination and cooperation between regions are needed.
