The innovation in science and technology has become a dominant influence factors of international competition, the strength of the competitiveness of science and technology will determine whether a country or a region in the destiny and prospects of the future development pattern, and be a key to safeguard national security and enhance national cohesion. Agriculture in China has long been considered is a world, stability and strategic industries. Therefore, the good construction of agricultural science and technology innovation system will promote the improvement of China＇s comprehensive national strength. This article mainly discusses the transformation of higher agricultural colleges of science and technology innovation system construction from the five main ways, the implementation of talent cultivation strategy, promote the development of subject construction, promote the scientific research innovation platform and the base construction, to promote science and technology system reform, speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the industrialization.
