实验得到优化的ICP(功率1400W)进气流速为:样品气体,0.03L/min;氩气,0.16 L/min。
An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer was developed to continuously analyze the concentrations of cadmium and zinc in order to track the metal release process during coal combustion. The optimum values of the gas flows for the 1400 W power generator are 0.03 L/min for the sample gas and 0.16 L/min for Ar.This system was implemented by coupling it to a fluidized bed reactor.Temperature significantly influences the metal vaporization process. The higher the temperature is,the higher the metal vaporization, although the vaporization is not proportional to temperature. The formation of stable compounds could decrease the metals vaporization. The on-line detection system is of significant value for understanding metal behavior in combustion and in pollution control devices.
