为了解酸性气体(SO2,HCl和NO2)对钙基吸附剂吸附单质汞的影响和吸附机理,在小型固定床试验台上进行CaO作为吸附剂脱除单质汞的试验,结合量子化学理论对其吸附过程进行了模拟计算.结果表明:当SO2,HCl和NO2存在时,对单质汞的脱除有抑制作用,其原因在于酸性气体与单质汞同时竞争吸附CaO表面上的活性位和酸性气体与CaO表面较强的化学吸附作用,且其抑制作用按NO2,SO2,HCl顺序递增.
To inquire the impacts of acid gases (SO2, HCl and NO2) on element mercury capture by Ca-based adsorbents and elucidate the mechanisms in the element mercury adsorption process, fixedbed absorber tests along with quantum chemical calculations were conducted. The presence of acid gas all inhibited mercury capture because the elemental mercury and acid gases were in competition for the central oxide active sites on CaO surface and the strong of surface adsorption effect of acid gases. The inhibitory effect was increasing of NO2, SO2, HCl, which could be explained by the different surface binding energy.
