建立了应用于电站锅炉的全局优化智能配煤模型.该模型在多目标优化数学模型的框架下,运用模糊数学方法构建目标函数和遗传算法(GA)寻优,利用神经网络实现混煤燃烧特性的预测.为提高GA的寻优性能,应用正交设计法和自适应罚函数对简单GA进行改进,建立了基于自适应罚函数的正交遗传算法优化配煤模型.在此基础上,开发了智能配煤系统并应用于某电厂优化配煤,提高了电厂配煤的自动化和智能化水平,具有较好的应用前景和示范作用.
An intelligent coal blending model with integral optimization for utility boilers was set up.Based on the framework of multi-objective optimization mathematical model,using fuzzy mathematical theory to set up objective function and genetic algorithm(GA) for optimization in the model,prediction for characteristics of blend coal combustion was realized by neural network.To raise the optimization performance of GA,the orthogonal design and the adaptive penalty function were used to improve the simple GA.The optimized model for coal blending was established based on adaptive penalty function and orthogonal genetic algorithm.Then an intelligent coal blending system was developed and applied to a certain power plant for coal blending optimization.Thus the atomization and intelligent level were improved.The model has fine application prospect and demonstration effect.
