煤燃烧和热解过程中As和Se的挥发实验

为了研究煤燃烧过程中痕量元素的挥发及其影响因素,对焦作煤和六盘水煤在200~1000℃温度范围内进行了热解和燃烧试验,并将底灰中As和Se的变化与煤的热失重进行了对比分析.试验结果显示:As的挥发跟煤的热失重有一定的关系,当煤的热失重最剧烈时,As的挥发速率也最大;对于Se,由于其易挥发性,一般在600℃以后挥发趋于稳定.同时对这两种煤中痕量元素的挥发性进行了比较,发现焦作煤中痕量元素更易挥发,这主要是由于六盘水煤中的含硫量较高,大部分痕量元素跟硫铁矿结合,导致其熔沸点较高.最后,在800℃下对痕量元素As和Se的挥发行为进行了动力学分析.

In order to study Se and As's evaporation and its influence factor during coal combustion, an experiment was carried out in a bench-scale fluidized bed combustor at the temperature range of 200- 1 000 ℃. The atmosphere, temperature and sulfur concentration in coal were considered in the experiment. The experimental results indicated that the behavior of As had relations to the weight loss rate of coal, the peak of As vaporization rate occurred at the maximum coal volatilization rate. However, the variation of Se concentration in ash was very limited when temperature was above 600 ℃. Moreover, it was also observed that the vaporization of Se and As in the low sulfur coal was easier than that of the high sulfur coal. The kinetic parameters of Se and As at 800 ℃ were also calculated.
