采用燃烧法合成了富锂型镍掺杂的LixFe(1-y)NiyPO4(x=1,1.03,1.05;y=0,0.05,0.075,0.1,0.125)。对样品的物相结构、显微形貌及电化学性能进行了表征及测试,结果表明:适量增大锂铁配比能合成颗粒细小的纯相富锂型磷酸铁锂,提高材料的电化学性能;在富锂基础上,铁位掺杂Ni2+的所有样品都具有单一的橄榄石结构,且样品表面形貌和颗粒尺寸变化较小,掺杂后样品的电化学性能得到明显改善,其中Li1.03Fe0.9Ni0.1PO4具有最好的放电比容量,在0.2C下最高达到140.6mAh/g,且循环性能良好(经30次循环后比容量为130.1mAh/g)。
Rich-lithium and Ni2+ doped LixFe(l-y)NiyPO4 (x=l,l. 03,1.05;y=0,0.05,0.075,0.1,0. 125)were prepared by combustion method. The phase structure, morphology and electrochemical performance of the material were in- vestigated. The results showed that the appropriate addition of excess lithium in raw materials leaded to the improvement of electrochemical performance. All samples of Ni2+ -doped Lil.0a Fe(l-y~ NiyPO4 had the same solely olivine structure. The mor- phology and particle size had little changes. The electrochemical performance of samples was improved obviously. Lit.03 Fe0. 9 Ni0.1PO4 exhibited the best discharge specific capacity among all the samples, topping out at 140.6 mA h/g at 0.2C dis- charge rate. And it also exhibited excellent cycle performance. After 30 charge/ discharge cycles, the discharge specific ca- pacity was 130.1 mA h/g.
