通过对中国人民大学学位论文管理与利用现状的调查研究,发现了以下存在问题：论文收藏不完整、时效性不够、电子版学位论文易失真、数据库标引和检索字段不规范,以及不能获取电子全文等。在诊断问题产生原因的基础上,从全生命期视角,提出了以下管理与利用的优化对策建议：完善学位论文管理系统功能,制定全国统一的学位论文标引和检索字段标准,加强学位论文收藏单位间的合作,改善学位论文的呈缴方式等。对确保电子版学位论文的真实性、可靠性、完整性、长期可使用性以及管理的经济性具有重要意叉。

英文摘要：

Based on the research on the thesis management and use of Renmin University of China, this paper found the following problems, including incomplete collection of thesis, weak timeliness, tack of administrative regime and con- trol measures to ensure authenticity, reliability, integrity and usability of dissertations, lack of standardized control for indexing and keyword search, as well as difficulties in obtaining the full text. From the perspective of e-thesis＇ life cycle, it provided a set of measures to solve existing problems, covering improving technical equipment, en- hancing functions of the existing thesis management system, establishing an index and search standard for e-thesis, strengthening cooperation across organization and relevant departments, and changing submission method of thesis, which had wide implications in ensuring the authenticity, reliability, integrity and usability of e-theses for their long term use and economic and effective management.
