英文摘要：

Livelihood archives resources is an im- portant part of the national archives information re- sources. To provide the service of livelihood ar- chives for public has become an important direction of archives work for future. To meet the service re- quirements, contract agreement for sharing archives resources has become a feasible method. This pa- per looks into the status of livelihood archives re- sources contracts, analyzes the existing cross-re- gional livelihood archives service contracts and finds out the existing problems that there is a lack of nor- malized template for agreement. Taking the needs particularity of archival resources into consideration, the authors provide a standardized template for bet- ter coordination, collaboration and connectivity of livelihood archival service contracts in conformity with regulatory requirements.
