The improvement of inter-departmental sharing mechanism for the archives information resources, and per- fected the archives information resource sharing platform has become the important issues study on archives information resources inter-departmental sharing mode. In this paper, as the marriage registration archives for example, collaborative innovation theory as the instruction,, inter-departmental sharing model to explore the archives information resources, to build archives as the hub of information resources sharing platform, to solve information that existed in the benefit the people service to provide solutions and strategies.
