档案是社会实践的产物,充分开发利用档案信息资源对于辅助政府决策与公共服务具有重要意义。本文从资源客体的视角出发,研究档案信息资源自身的资政特性;从服务对象的视角出发,研究政府对档案信息资源开发利用的需求;从路径视角出发,研究档案信息资源的资政路径。从三个层面对面向政府的档案信息资源开发利用研究现状进行探讨。

Archives is the product of social practice, and it is of great significance to develop and utilize the archives information resources for the government decision-making and public service. Starting from the perspective of resource object, this paper studies the characteristics of archives information resources of their own; starting from the perspective of service object, this paper does research on government exploitation and utilization of archives information resources demand; starting from the perspective of path,this paper studies archives information resources Mm path. From these three aspects, the research is done on the status quo of the government oriented archival information resources development and utilization.
