政府社交媒体文件是重要信息资产与资源，政务社交媒体文件管理的优化是对信息、文件、档案管理理论与方法创新性的探索，也是为国家、社会与公众留存证据与记忆的重要行动。论文基于案例研究与文本分析方法，在分析研究“总统奥巴马社交媒体归档”项目基础上，从关注公务人员的社交媒体账户，设计完整的政务社交媒体文件制度，实现形成者、平台以及档案机构的全流程协同，倡导社会机构与公众的参与四个方面提出我国政务社交媒体文件管理的策略。

英文摘要：

Government social media records are important information assets and resources,and optimization of government social media records management contributes to information and records management theory and method innovation,which leads to preserving evidence and memory for society and the public.The paper took the methods of case study and discourse analysis to analyze archiving project of President Obama social media.Then the paper proposed that social media records management in China should focus on attention to individual official social media accounts,complete government social media records policy system,collaboration among creators,social media platform and archival institutions,and participation of the public and social institutions.
