Calculation of the size of the ball at the creation of calculus before,is a very difficult problem,however,in ancient China,India and Japan,the correct formula for calculating the size of the ball have been derived.Compared and analyzed the methods of finding and proving the sphere volume formula in these areas,it provides some information and clues for deeply understanding of the mathematical tradition different cultures and regions,reveals the exchange and dissemination of the mathematics in different regions.
