Analysis the theoretical sources of irrational root in Book of Measurements. By comparing the similarity between ancient Eastern and Western mathematical knowledge, from the impact of mathematical cultural transmission perspective, point out the importance status about work on analysis of rules and correct understanding content of the Book of Measurements.
