结合发动机视情维修策略的特点,建立起基于发动机剩余在翼时间预测方法的以飞机为对象的发动机群总保障成本的混合整数非线性规划模型,并提出了一种启发式拆换率平滑方法——SSPT算法,并以CF6型发动机的使用数据为例与其它三种算法进行分析比较.研究结果表明应用SSPT算法制定维修调度计划,能够使总保障成本最低、保障率最高、平均拆换率下降,并得到较好的拆换率平滑效果.
Considering the characteristics of condition based on maintenance policy, a mixed integer nonlinear programming model for the cost of aero-engine fleet was formulated. At the same time, a new method was proposed to smooth the engine removal rate named shifted shortest procession time (SSPT) algorithm, which was compared with other three algorithms by using the data of CF6 engine as an example for the case study. The results show that the scheduling made by SSPT algorithm can gain lowest cost, highest support level, lower average removal rate and better effect of peek smoothing.
