审定是飞机维修大纲投入使用的必要条件。分析了维修大纲审定的必要性，对维修大纲审订工作进行了研究：提出了基于物理-事理-人理的维修大纲审定方法；给出了基于该方法的概念模型；建立了维修大纲审定的指标体系；最后给出了基于指标的维修大纲审定多层模糊综合评判算法，并针对某新型支线飞机维修大纲进行了审定评估，效果良好，为我国飞机维修大纲审定满足适航要求提供了一种有效途径。
英文摘要：
Certification is the requirement before Maintenance Program to be used. Essentiality of certification was analyzed; certification method for Maintenance Program was put forward according to Wuli-Shili-Renli methodology; conceptual model was brought forward and index system of certification was established. At last, certification algorithm for Maintenance was given, and certification was made based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the Maintenance Program of some new regional jet. The result proves the model validity and effective.
