鉴于发动机的备发和性能退化以及维修方式的相关性,本文引入维修度概念,同时应用广义更新过程(GRP)对比例危险模型(PHM)进行了改进,建立反映寿命、性能参数、环境等参数变化趋势以及维修方式的备发模型。最后,以某航空公司CF6型发动机为例进行计算和比较。备发量对在翼发动机数比率为9.02%的结果满足经验估算结果。这表明应用本方法进行备发量决策方法切实可行,具有较大的应用价值。
The spare aero-engine is an important issue of the safe operation and profits of airlines. As it is directly related with the degradation of performance and maintenance policies, we present the concept of repair degree and improve the proportional hazards model (PHM) by the application of general renewal process (GRP). Then, we build the spare aero-engine model reflecting the change of life, performance parameter, environment parameter and maintenance policies, and calculate the number of the spare engines by the repair degree. Finally, we calculate and compare the number of the spare engines with the CF6 engine data of a certain airline as an example, and find that the ratio of 9.02% between the number of the spare engines and the total number of aero-engines on wing agrees well with the estimation result by experience. This result shows that our method for making decision of the number of spare engines is feasible.
