针对航空发动机维修任务的特点,提出了发动机增强现实维修诱导系统的交互流程,将整个维修诱导过程划分为命令解释、运动感知、场景分析、维修诱导任务网(MGTN)工作流控制、信息获取、信息增强等模块;在分析民航发动机维修检查工卡的基础上,提出了MGTN工作流交互控制模型;针对飞机辅助动力单元APU典型部件的拆卸和装配以及载荷压气机孔探检查过程,在实验室构建了增强现实维修诱导原型系统。
Based on analysis the characteristics of aerial engine maintenance tasks, the interactive process of aerial engine augmented reality maintenance guiding system were introduced. AR system for training and assisting was divided into command interpretation, motion perceptual, scene analysis, MGTN work flow control, information retrieval, information augmented module. The maintenance guiding task net (MGTN) was designed in order to satisfy the requirements of aerial engine maintenance work card. In the laboratory, AR maintenance guiding prototype system was constructed according to assembly/disassembly process of the typical APU components and borescope inspections of load compressor.
