分析了飞机对发动机的需求特性和发动机使用维修的周转特点,以视情维修监控技术及在翼剩余寿命预测方法为基础,引入了工作节的概念,建立了包含拆换费用、租赁费用、运输费用以及发动机拥有成本的总维修保障成本模型,用以评估一定计划期内不同备发数量下的发动机群调度计划,从而优化备发数量。以CFM56型发动机机队为例验证了本方法的有效性。发现在相同备件保障水平要求下,采用基于调度计划的航空发动机备发确定方法与统计方法相比,所得到的备发数量低,节约了大量成本,且其结果符合航空公司管理实际情况。分析结果表明:基于调度计划的航空发动机备份数量决策方法有效、可行,优于与传统的统计方法。
The requirement feature for aero-engines and the turnover characteristics of aero-engine maintenance were analyzed. Using the condition-based maintenance strategy and the forecast method of on-wing remaining life, the concept of work node was introduced and an aero-engine maintenance cost model was established. The costs of removal, lease, transport and ownership were considered in this model. This model was used to evaluate the schemes of aero-engine fleet with different quantity of spare aero-engines in a definite period of time, and the number of spare engines was optimized. The data of CFM56 aero-engines were used for study. It is pointed out that both the spare aero-engine quantity and the maintenance cost is lower by the method based on scheduling the fleet of aero-engines as compared with the statistical method under the same requirement of protection level. In addition, the result is in agreement with the actual management situation of airlines, Analysis result indicates that the proposed method is better than the statistical method, and the decision-making method for the quantity of spare aero-engines based on scheduling is feasible.
