在分析增强现实维修诱导系统与虚拟维修系统区别的基础上,依据提出的增强现实维修诱导系统基本原理在实验室构建了原型系统,并对增强现实、人机自然交互、交互式电子手册和虚拟样机等维修诱导的关键技术进行了研究;以航空发动机外场典型维修工作为例,将可穿戴式辅助维修基本理论和增强现实技术相结合,开发了一种以维修人员为中心的人性化、智能化的维修辅助系统,实例证实增强现实维修诱导系统在航空器维修中具有良好的应用效果。
Based on analysing the difference between virtual maintenance and AR maintenance guiding system, the principles of AR maintenance guiding system were introduced. AR system for training and assisting was presented and some key digital maintenance techniques were discussed. Taking the typical aero-engine maintenance work in the outside field as an example, combining the basic wearable maintenance aid theory and the augmented reality technology, a personified and intelligent maintenance aid system was developed. The research results show that the augmented reality maintenance guiding system will play an important role in aircraft maintenance.
