针对传统故障字典的3个主要缺陷,以节点电压增量比向量作为特征向量建立故障字典,并结合模糊数学的方法建立了一个新的故障隔离模型对线性模拟电路实施所有的硬故障和软故障诊断。该方法有测前模拟次数少,存储空间小,诊断范围宽的特点。采用二级模糊综合评判模型对故障实施诊断,不仅能定位故障元件,同时还能判断元件参数的改变方向。给出的实验结果也很好地证明本文所使用的理论和方法的正确性。
To overcome the three major limitations of the traditional fault dictionary in analog circuit diagnosis, a fault dictionary by using the node voltage increment ratio vectors as the signatures is created and a new faults isolation model is designed by using fuzzy techniques. The new approach has some significant new features of less simulation runs before testy minimal storage space and wide diagnosis scope. The two-level fuzzy integrated judgment is applied in the novel model to locate the faulty component and indicate its' parameter deviation direction as well. The experimental results manifest the correctness and effectiveness of the theory and the approach proposed in this paper well.
