开发出一套无线便携式动物脑电遥测系统。采集的数据经过放大、滤波后调制发射,接收器接收到无线信号后进行解调并通过串口打印显示出电压信号。实验中将测量电极植入大鼠颅骨内,并将信号采集发射器背负在大鼠身上,分别记录大鼠睡眠、清醒和癫痫脑电波形。实验结果表明该系统,复杂环境下发射器的发射距离达到20m,可以稳定工作8h,且具有体积小、功耗低、精度高等特点,适用于大鼠脑电遥测实验。
A wireless portable electroencephalogram (EEG) recording system for animals was designed, manufactured and then tested in rats. The EEG data were modulated firstly and emitted by the wireless transmitter after being amplified and filtered. The receiver demodulated and displayed the signals in voltage through serial port. To test the system, measuring electrodes were implanted on the rat's skull and the acquisition transmitter was strapped on the back of the rat. Waveform recordings were carried out during three states: sleep, waking and epilepsy. The test results indicated that in given environment the system could stably record more than 8 h and transmit EEG signals over a distance of 20 m. Our system showed the features of small size, low power consumption and high accuracy which was suitable for EEG telemetry in rats.
