针对网络环境下读者信息服务工作出现的新特点,结合信阳师范学院图书馆的读者服务实践,就实现高校图书馆读者信息服务工作的创新提出要强化服务理念,增强服务意识,加强馆藏资源建设,创新服务内容和手段,加强馆员素质建设,最大限度满足读者的需求。
With an eye on the new characteristics of the readers service work under the network environment and taking the readers service practice of Xinyang normal university into consideration,this study puts forward ideas on how to innovate the readers service work in academic libraries,including an emphasis on service perceptions,Strengthen the service consciousness,an innovation of service contents and approaches,an reinforcement of librarians' qualities and to meet the requirements of readers to the largest extent.
