Knowledge dissemination is an important social function of university library,and it plays an important role for promoting teaching and research in university.Firstly,the article briefly introduces the characteristics of knowledge dissemination＇s direction,subject,object,method and so on in university library.And then from the view of internal factors and external factors,it analyzes the driving factors which affect and restrict the knowledge dissemination in university library.
