First,the meaning and characteristic of the city internationalization under the background of globalization are discussed.Second,from the urban modernization and urban international associated benefits two aspects,the urban internationalization level evaluation index system is built under the background of globalization.Finally,through the case study on the cities of the pearl river delta,the result is drawn that Shenzhen＇s internationalization level is the highest,the Guangzhou＇s takes the second place.Reference is provided for other cities to improve the level of internationalization.
