为了深入了解北京地区奶牛选配技术的应用现状,北京市奶牛产业技术体系创新团队与畜禽良种产业技术创新战略联盟合作,于2015年6~8月专门组织人力在北京地区开展了大规模的调研活动,对北京郊区县奶牛养殖的规模结构分布、育种资料、冻精选购以及选配方法等进行了系统的调查与分析。调查结果显示,北京地区大(〉500头)、中(200~500头)、小(〈200头)规模的奶牛养殖场并存,选配技术的应用程度与奶牛养殖规模密切相关。育种资料不健全和选配技术人才匮乏仍制约着选配工作的进行,突出表现在缺乏专业性的体型外貌鉴定,对选配技术环节知之甚少,在选配中尚未充分考虑避免近交及遗传缺陷基因。建议相关单位采取措施加快科学选配技术的推广和应用。
In order to investigate the current status of mating program in dairy farms in Beijing, Beijing Dairy Industry Innovation Team, in cooperation with Strategic Alliance for Industry Technology Innovation in Animal Breeding, conducted a questionnaire survey from June to August 2015, focusing on dairy herd size, breeding data availability, frozen semen selection, and mating stategies application in dairy farms in Beijing. Results show that dfferent size of herds, i.e. large scale(500 head), middle scale(200~500 head), small scale(200 head), can be found in Beijing. The technical level of mating program is closely associated with herd size. The main factors affecting mating program are the limited breeding data availability and lack of human capacity in mating technologies including type classification, mating strategies, inbreeding control and genetic defect genes. We suggest that more effective mating strategies should be applied in the dairy production.
