娟姗牛具有乳脂率高、耐热性好等特性,近10年来在我国得到广泛推广养殖。若环境温度超过25℃,且伴有高湿情况时,通常会对温带品种奶牛的泌乳性能与乳房健康造成不良影响。重庆为我国西南部高温高湿地区,夏季长达5个月。本研究选择重庆市巴南区某奶牛场处于泌乳阶段的娟姗牛(n=364)作为试验对象,通过与同场的荷斯坦牛(n=799)进行对比,获得娟姗牛与荷斯坦牛产奶性能与乳房健康性状的差异,以分析娟姗牛对我国高温高湿环境的适应性。首先整理该牛场从2015年5月~2016年4月共12个月的DHI数据,并收集当地气象资料,通过统计分析发现,季节对娟姗牛产奶量影响不显著(P〉0.05),但显著影响荷斯坦牛产奶量(P〈0.05);在该牛场现有饲养管理条件下,娟姗牛乳蛋白率极显著高于荷斯坦牛(P〈0.01)、SCC极显著低于荷斯坦牛(P〈0.01)。综上,较之荷斯坦牛,娟姗牛在我国南方高温高湿地区具有更好的适应性。
Jersey cows are widely introduced in China in recent ten years for their high fat percentage and good thermo-tolerance. Cow's heat stress usually happens when temperature is higher than 25℃ which causes negative effects on cow's lactation and health. Chongqing municipality locates in Southwestern China.Its summer lasts nearly 5 months (normally from May to September). To evaluate the adaptation of Jerseys in hot and humid area in Southwest of China, a total of lactation 364 Jersey cows and 799 Holstein cows from a dairy farm(Guangda dairy farm at Nanpeng town in Chongqing) were hired to analyze and compare the differences of milk production traits and mammary gland healthy trait between the two breeds. Witht-test and variance test, DHI, SCC and climate data collected from May, 2015 to April, 2016 were analyzed. The results showed that the season has no significant effect on milk yield of Jersey (P〉 0.05), while it is significant effect on Holsteins' milk yield (P〈0.05). Although the milk yield of Jersey is lower than those of Holstein, the fat percentage and protein percentage of Jersey are significantly higher than those of Holstein (P〈0.05). In addition, the SCC of Jerseys is significantly lower than that of Holsteins (P〈0.05). The data indicate that Jersey has better adaptation in hot and humid area in Southwestern China than Holstein.
