电厂建设作为一项资金、技术密集型的项目,其对于当地环境、经济和社会的影响受到高度关注。提出一种电厂建设项目影响评价的新方法—电厂建设项目影响支持向量机评价法,由于支持向量机对样本数的依赖性弱,通过学习有限的样本而建立的模型仍具有很强的泛化能力,所建模型有着很高的计算精度。通过实证分析,与BP神经网络评价模型进行比较,证明该模型用于电厂建设项目影响评价具有更大的优势,更适合于电厂建设项目影响评价的研究。
As a kind of capital and technology intensive project, the power plant construction project's influences on the environment, economy, and society have been given more attention. A novel method for impact evaluation of the power plant construction project, i.e. support vector machine (SVM) based impact evaluation method for power plant construction project, was proposed. SVM is less dependent on sample data and the model it established is still good at generalization after learning limited samples. Compared with the BP neural network evaluation model, the model es- tablished by SMV is more advantageous in impact evaluation for power plant construction projects.
