英文摘要：
Based on the theory of sustainable development,this paper proposes a new method,namely static Solow′s equation by which Solow＇s growth equation is used to evaluate environmental pollution loss value.By this new method,environment is treated as one new production element,and the output of system is considered the common contribution of capital,labor and environment.Finally,it takes a thermal power plant as an example to demonstrate the feasibility of this method.
