Factors that may influence the sustainable development of power generation enterprises are analyzed in the aspects of the political and economic conditions, natural resources, the market environment, the comprehensive competition of enterprises, enterprises＇ social effects, and the environmental impact of enterprises. The evaluation index system for the sustainable development capability of power generation enterprises was established by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
