为探索哲罗鱼(Huchotaimen)胚胎至仔稚幼鱼期非特异性免疫机制,利用生物化学的方法测定了哲罗鱼胚胎至仔稚幼鱼期体内酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、鱼体过氧化反应产物丙二醛(MDA)的水平。结果显示,ACP、AKP和GSH随发育时间的增加先升高后降低并趋于平稳,在受精35d,即出膜期都出现一个高峰值;SOD和CAT在整个发育期间活性接近于0;MDA含量随时间增加持续升高。表明在哲罗鱼早期发育阶段,鱼体随发育时间的延长受到的过氧化损伤持续加重。
In this study we examined the content of acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) , catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA) and reduced glutathione hormone(GSH) to evaluate the non-specific immune responses in Hucho taimen from the embryo to juvenile. The result that ACP, AKP and GSH in- creased firstly and decreased after reached the highest levels on the 35d after fertilization (during hatching stage) and then leveled off; the activities of SOD and CAT were close to zero; the content of MDA increased continuously. It was concluded that the damage of peroxidation to H. taimen increased with the development time from embryo to juvenile.
