英文摘要：
Quality function deployment （ QFD ） is a powerful tool for transforming customer requirement into technical characteristics. In the process of transformation, the relative weight of customer requirement, the relationship measure between customer requirement and technical characteristics are fuzzy numbers. The importance of technical characteristics was calculated by fuzzy weighted average method based on α-cut. Since the membership function of the importance of technical characteristics was not explicitly known, we prioritized the technical characteristics by averaging level cut to defuzzify. The impacts of correlation among technical characteristics were also considered. Finally, an example was given to illustrate the method.
