The relationship between Six Sigma and business management innovation has been the focus of debate recently. Analysis of the characteristics of business management innovation shows that the essence of management innovation is to think out of the box. Innovative culture is built through changing management thinking, process, system and organizational structure. Six sigma management provides tools and platform for business management innovation from five aspects： business culture, tools for innovation, knowledge creation, team work and human resource management.
