基于设计决定了产品固有质量的原理,开发了设计一制造链六西格玛质量控制方法(R&D—D—MCSS)的路线图,改进和发展了新产品设计DFSS的IDDOV流程,提出了由顾客需求分析、系统设计、DFX、可靠性设计、稳定性优化设计和设计验证技术等6个模块组成的迄今最完整的DFSS工具箱;把可靠性工程、软件工程、精益思想和标杆管理等与六西格玛相结合,从全寿命周期角度保证质量,首次设计出大批量生产局部更改设计的DMADOV流程、小批量产品改进的DATIC流程、局部更改设计的DATDOV流程和精益研发等模块。来自6个大型企业(包括电子、机械、通讯、石油化工行业)的工程实践表明该方案为解决产品质量控制提供了一种灵活有效的解决办法。
In order to overcome the drawbacks of traditional Six Sigma, the R&D-Design- Manufacturing Chain Six Sigma Solution (R&D-D-MCSS) is developed. Integrated robust design, reliability engineering, software engineering and improved SPC into six sigma field,R&D - D - MCSS obtains advanced IDDOVprocess with detailed steps and six technical toolkits for DFSS, DATIC process for small batch production and unstable manufacturing, DATDOV process for small batch product re-design and DMADOV process for larger batch product re-design respectively. Practices from 6 large-scale enterprises (including electronic, mechanical, communication, oil and chemical fields) in China demonstrate that the R&D - D -- MCSS solution, which adopts a set of complete, applicable and world-class technical approaches and tools, is very powerful and flexible for resolving product R&D - Design - Manufacturing Chain quality problems.
