The servant leadership is an advanced and effective management model, requiring the leaders to set an example for others and serve others. In the organizations of service industry, servant leadership becomes more pertinent because of its business model, and widely implemented in real practices. Because of that, it more easily reflects the benefits of servant leadership. As the representative of service industry, McDonald's also faces a series of leadership problems in China high power distance context, which are unavoidable. This article focuses on how to carry out servant leadership in a society filled with high power distance, share the best practices and put forward further research expectation.
