Human resource management practices and organization innovation are key factors of the organization to gain competitive advantage. Exploring the relationship between human resource management practices and organization innovation and its mechanism is an important research issue. First, based on existing research, this paper summarizes the direct relationship between human resource management practices (e.g., recruitment, training, performance evaluation, rewards and feedback) and organization innovation. Second, the paper explores the synergy effects of human resource management practices with other organizational factors on organization innovation, which include the mediating or moderating effects on organization innovation based on the perspectives of knowledge management and innovative climate. Finally, the paper draws the conclusion and managerial implication, hi order to promote the theoretical research and management practices of human resource management and organization innovation.
