This paper explored the effects of ethical leadership on employee creativity by exanimating 202 employees and their supervisors in High-Tech Co. The results show that: ethical leadership positively impacted psychological safety and ethical climate; psychological safety,ethical climate and knowledge sharing mediated the relationship between ethical leadership and employee creativity
