The old industrial buildings in many cities are left unused due to that they could not satisfy the requirements of urban economic development, so they need to be rebuilt and reutilized, even be dismantled. Three different old industrial building reconstruction cases are analyzed to provide references for old industrial building reconstruction and reutilization projects in Northeast China, even in the whole country of China.
