以项目型组织为研究对象,对项目型组织内部组织与成员之间以及不同项目成员之间的动态博弈过程进行了分析。在此基础上,通过构建不同项目成员及组织收益函数,讨论了不同组织激励策略下项目成员的共享、学习策略组合情况。将6类知识共享状态与15种组织收益情形结合起来,再现了组织内部知识共享由初始阶段,经历起步阶段、摸索阶段、过渡阶段至完善阶段的一般演化过程,在此基础上针对不同的知识共享阶段提出相应的组织激励策略。
Taking project-based organization as the research object, this paper makes an analysis on the process of dynamic game between organization and project members, and also between members from different projects within the project-based organization. On this foundation, all kinds of combinations of members sharing and learning strategies under different incen- tive strategies have been discussed through building the profit function. After that, it further marry together six types of states of knowledge sharing with fifteen situations about organization profit, reappearing the general evolution process of knowledge sharing within the organization from the initial stage, through starting stage, exploratory stage, transitional stage, and finally to the refinement stage. On this basis, according to different stage of knowledge sharing is put forward the corresponding organization incentive strategies.
