旧工业建筑改造项目中设计变更多,且变更决策缺少科学方法支撑。文章围绕某老钢厂改造园区内路面设计方案变更决策案例,采用0-1评分法、二元对比法、熵权法对通过可研方案的功能系数进行分析;采用广联达软件定价法计算成本系数;运用价值工程法对可行方案的价值系数进行对比分析。最终选定老钢厂改造园区的最优路面方案。为今后改造项目中设计方案变更决策问题提供一个可行的方法。
There are more designing changes in the project of renovating old industrial buildings and lack of the support of scientific methods in the process of changing decisions. Studying the cases on changing decisions of the road designing program in the zone transformed from old steel mill,the article analyzes the function coefficient of the research case through 0-1 scoring method,the binary correlation method and entropy weight method; calculates the cost coefficient through the Vision bank software pricing method; contrastively analyzes the value coefficient of the feasible program in the method of value engineering. And finally chooses the optimal pavement scheme of the zone transformed from the old steel mill,which provides a feasible method to further changing decision-making of designing scheme of renovation projects.
