英文摘要：
In order to solve the problems of idle old industrial buildings and the lack of stadiums in the process of urbanization, to alleviate the pressure of the government, and meet people＇ s physical needs to a certain extent, combining with the characteristics of old industrial buildings and stadiums, the expectation of changing old industrial buildings into stadiums was put forward. The SWOT method was used to demonstrate the suitability. And then through an example, it was expounded the process of using SWOT method to analyze the feasibility of changing old industrial buildings into stadiums. The result showed that the renovation project was successful. The renovated stadium showed good economie and social benefit. Lastly, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were presented to provide certain reference for similar renovation projects.
