为保证旧工业建筑合理优化利用,提高再生建筑的绿色性,根据既有标准、规范及相关文献,总结出影响旧工业建筑绿色再生的主要因素,结合对国内106个项目的调研获得的数据,以开发决策阶段为例,采用结构方程模型分析各控制因素对再生建筑绿色性的影响程度及其相互作用,指出为达到绿色的改造效果,在开发阶段应重点考虑的工作内容.为建立绿色再生旧工业建筑评价标准体系提供理论依据,促进旧工业建筑绿色改造工作的推广.
To ensure reasonable and optimizing utilization of old industrial building and improve the green regeneration, according to established standards, specifications and relevant literature, this article sums up the main factors which affect old industrial buildings' green regeneration. Combined with the data obtained during the investigation of 106 projects in China by taking development decision-making stage for example, SME is used to analyze the degree of every factor on the impact of green regeneration and its interaction, and points out the main work contents during the development decision-making stage in order to reach the effect of green regeneration. The result provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation standard system of the green regeneration of old industrial buildings, and accelerates the generalization of the relevant works.
