建筑业一直被认为是一个低产出、低创新的产业,这与建筑企业不善于从经验中学习、可借鉴的学习资源匮乏有很大的关系。本文特从组织学习的基础——个人学习入手,对我国建筑企业员工学习的现状进行调查分析并得出结论:建筑企业员工对学习的认识过于狭隘,知识共享意识、团队合作意识差,学习尚局限于个人层面,没有上升到组织层面:“干中学”、“用中学”、面授等传统的学习方式仍是员工学习形式的主体:学习时间少、缺乏有经验的员工指导、学习资源匮乏则是制约我国建筑企业员工学习的关键因素。
The construction industry is always perceived as being slow to product and innovation, which is due to the construction enterprises are not good at learning from experience, and also a shortfall of learning resources with- in the industry. Started from the individual learning, the basis of organizational learning, this paper makes an inves- tigation about the current situation of the employee learning in Chinese construction firms, and draws some conclu- sions as follows: firstly, the cognition of employees in construction enterprises is too narrow, poor sense of knowledge sharing and teamwork consciousness has made the learning limited on a personal level, but not risen to the organiza- tional level. Now, the informal learning forms such as learning by doing, learning by using and face-to-face learning are still the mainstream of individual learning in construction firms. Secondly, there is a shortfall of time to learn, lacking guidance from experienced colleagues and the absence of learning resources are the most critical factors of restricting the employee learning in construction enterprises.
