自20世纪中末期以来，旧工业建筑再生利用逐渐得到关注，并取得了一些重要的研究和应用成果。随着科学发展观、可持续发展、低碳经济等理念的日渐深入，相关研究和应用越发活跃。通过对我国具有代表性的旧工业城市的实地调研，根据我国旧工业建筑再生利用项目现状，构建了旧工业建筑再生利用社会影响后评价指标体系，并结合工程实例，验证评价体系和方法的科学性和可操作性。
英文摘要：
As a new and important research topic, the old industrial buildings recycling projects since the semi-late of twentieth century, the concepts such as the scientific outlook on development, sustainable development, low carbon development concept, etc gain more and more popularity, and related researches become more active. Through investigation of representative old industrial city in our country, a post evaluation index system of the social impact was set up, and the methods were put forward. The paper analyzed the example recycled from old industrial buildings, and verified the scientific and operability of the post evaluation system.
