为了解决旧工业建筑是否具备再生利用、如何评价再生利用的潜力等问题,依据旧工业建筑的再生利用潜力体现在未来增值性的特点,归纳总结出再生利用潜力的关键基础、前提条件及保障因素,构建了旧工业建筑再生利用潜力评价指标体系,并以长沙市6个旧工业建筑为例,对其再生利用潜力进行综合评价。研究结果表明:基于综合赋权的逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS方法)应用于旧工业建筑再生利用潜力评价具有较高的可靠性。
In order to solve the scheduling problem of whether old industrial buildings having recycling potential, and how to evaluate the potential of recycling utilization, it was summed up the recycling utilization' s key potential foundation, the prerequisite and guarantee factors, according to the characteristics that old industrial buildings recycling potential reflected in the future value-added. And also, It was constructed old industrial architecture recycling potential evaluation index system. Taking six old industrial buildings in Changsha City for an example, the comprehensive evaluation of their renewable potential was given. The results of the study showed that TOPSIS method had high reliability to be used for old industrial buildings recycled potential evaluation based on comprehensive weight.
