以芳香酮为原料合成了相应的芳香胺。首次以乙酸异丙烯酯作为酰基供体,在甲苯介质中经Novozym435酶催化对芳香胺进行拆分,得到了较高转化率和e.e.值的手性芳香胺(S-1和R-2),其中S-3-氯-苯丙胺(S-1e)和R-3-氯-乙酰苯丙胺(R-2e)为新手性化合物。
Arylamines were synthesized. Chiral arylamines with high enantiomeric excess were obtained by resolving arylamines with isopropenyl acetate in toluene medium by using immobilized Novozym 435 lipase as a catalyst.
