L-N-氨甲酰水解酶是酶法制备天然、非天然L-氨基酸及其衍生物的关键酶之一。L-N-氨甲酰水解酶具有很大的工业应用潜力和价值,由于许多L-N-氨甲酰水解酶稳定性差、活性低等特点,限制了此酶的广泛应用,因而寻求高活性、高稳定、广泛底物特异性的L-N-氨甲酰水解酶作为催化剂尤为重要。本文重点介绍了微生物L-N-氨甲酰水解酶的最新应用、在微生物中的分布、克隆与表达等进展。
L-N-carbamoylase is one of the key biocatalysts in the enzymatic prepartion of natural and non-natural amino acids with important potential and value in industry. The application of L-N-carbamoylase is limited due to the low thermal stability and activity. It is necessary to look for L-N-carbamoylase as a biocatalyst with high activity, high thermal stability and broad substrate specificity. In the paper, the application research, cloning and expression of L-N-carbamoylase, are reviewed.
