为进一步提高透析系统的性能,对血液透析系统各项性能参数进行深入地研究。根据血液透析的基本原理和血液透析设备的国家标准,设计组建了基于LabVIEW程序的血液透析实验系统。该系统能够实现血液透析的基本功能,血液和透析液温度[(36-40)±0.2]℃;系统压力[(-100-500)±10]mmHg;血液流量[(10-500)±10]mL/min;透析液流量[(10-1000)±20]mL/min;超滤流量[(30-2000)±30]mL/h。借助该系统可开展关于血液透析的各项研究。
To improve the performance of hemodialysis system, we studied each parameter of the system. According to the basic principles of hemodialysis and the National Standards about Hemodialysis Equipment, an experimental system of hemodialysis was designed and constructed based on LabVIEW. The system can realize basic functions of hemodialysis. Temperature of blood and dialysate was [(36-40)±0.2]℃; System pressure: [( 100-500)±10] mm Hg; blood flow: [(10-500)±10] mL/min; dialysate flow: [(10-1000)±20] mL/min; uhrafiltration flow: [(30-2 000)±30] mL/h. Various studies about hemodialysis can be done with the assistance of this system.
